Eligibility Criteria
- Job-seeking Emirati and Arab women with limited educational qualifications.
- Females between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Applications can be submitted individually or as a group.
Program Structure
- A 5-week training program.
- Two sessions per week.
- 5 hours of training per week.
- Delivered in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual).
- Training is conducted in Arabic.
